The Trolley Drops are a band from Santa Cruz, California.

The Trolley Drops play good-time music; hokum blues and novelty tunes from the 20s and 30s (also known as Jug Band Music) that blend the call and response of gospel with the drive of the delta blues and the ruckus sounds of prohibition era New Orleans Jazz.

Inspired by bands like the Memphis Jug Band and the Hoosier Hot Shots, the Trolley Drops perform these vocally rich songs with a carefree and infectiously fun ?air. The band members play instruments including the guitar, bass, mandolin, ukulele, trombone, trumpet, toy piano, washboard, stump fiddle, kazoo, slide whistle, and jug.

The band leads lively monthly sing-along events, plays for private parties, and performs at local music venues.
